You have 30 days from receipt of your TentPak to review, use and test it to make sure it is just what you were expecting. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply email me, Mike, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Explain the problem in your email, where you purchased it and the date of purchase. If you purchased your TentPak from our online store please include your order confirmation numberl. I will issue you a number. Return the TentPak postage paid.

TentPaks are built from HighPeak products which carry a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing, workmanship and materials defects. We extend the same warranty to our re-manufactured portion of the product.

Therefore, we reserve the right to inspect a returned product for abuse, not following use instructions or use outside of the intended purpose of the product. If the product is damaged under parameters set by the LIMITED LIFETIME warranty we will either replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer. If, however, we determine that the product was damaged because of abuse, not following use instructions or use outside of it's intended purpose, we will replace the TentPak at your cost or return it to you with no action taken, but will not issue a refund.

If you simply do not like your TentPak, we will happily honor our 30 day money back gaurantee providing you contact me for an RMA # before the 30th day and it is returned in the same new condition you received it.

This satisfaction guarantee is extended to all TentPak customers who purchase online from TentPak.com at the published prices.

Dealers, Distributors

Dealers, distributors and individuals who purchase at wholesale or distributor prices or show sample prices must notify TentPak Systems, Ltd. within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for any shipping related damage or to request a merchandise return. Requests for mechandise returns must be authorized by TentPak Systems, Ltd. Return authorization will be the issuance of an RMA number or other emailed communication authorizing the return. Once an RMA number or email authorization is issued the merchandise must be returned to TentPak Systems, Ltd., postage paid, within 30 days of original receipt of merchandise. Return instructions will be included in the return authorization email.

A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non warranty returns.
